Coral Red black spots

I noticed my coral red has a few dirt spots that look black.. i've tried a detailing brush with meguiar's spray and lexol and it just won't remove it, any next options? something stronger like professional detail grade?

Try claying the surface. You might try using your thumbnail, and a cleaner as the last resort.
