Euro Delivery question

Im looking to buy a 135i and i wanted to do euro delivery. i also wanted to get some performance parts installed before i actually get to see it in Germany. question is do i pay for installation?

Not doable, unfortunately.

Some have driven the car to Niederlassung (BMW dealer in Munich) to have stuff done, but unless things have changed very recently, the car has to come thru the VDC in the US as an original car.
