Sonn to be new Owner
Soon is what I meant!
I ordered my 2013 128I Conv. Deep Sea Blue The tracking shows the first block of production begins. How long does it take from "production begins" to "at your BMW Dealer" ? Last edited by blitzjb; 08-30-2012 at 09:48 AM.. Reason: spelling |

My dates appear below. I was fortunate and I asked about how quickly my car would get into production. That was a key deciding factor in who I purchased from. The dealer, who turned out to be closest to me, had a coupe scheduled they could switch to my convertible already close to production.

It will be on a boat very soon if it is not already. Assuming it flipped to production ends.
Go to this link: http://www.2wglobal.com/www/WEP/index.jsp Click on track and insert your VIN in the Cargo ID. Once loaded on the boat this site updates in about 24hours. Keep checking daily. Your dealer has your VIN if you do not know it. The site will provide ETA in NYC and figure about 5-7 days after that. Also the dealer can request faster shipping (48 hours) to his lot once it hits the VPC. Basically prioritizing a sold car versus one he has to put in inventory. |
