Since end of year is coming up, does dealer usually price off the used car?

if does, how much can i deal?

and has anyone bought used car through shipping?

I am looking at NJ cars, but I heard most of cars have the flood damage by hurricane Sandy. Are they fine to buy ?

end of the year generally affects prices of NEW cars...not really used cars.

you can definitely buy a NYC/NJ car....just make sure you get a very reliable history and maintenance record. I would suggest you look through the classifieds here at 1addicts for good cars with solid owners.

Are you asking is a NJ used car fine to buy, or is it fine to buy a flood damaged car? The former yes, the latter obviously no.

That's a really blind statement but if it makes your decision any easier, by all means. By your logic all used cars in Japan have radioactive issues due to the earthquake/power plant disaster.
