Cobb stage 2 requirements

I tried searching for this information before posting but had no luck finding anything.

I just installed Cobb Stg2 Sport IJE0s v301 on my 09 n54 135i running on 91 with an Injen DCI and ER charge pipe/HKS BOV

here's the description -

COBB Tuning, v3.01 -- Sport - Mapping for "0044CC0IJE0S" ECU. Adjusted boost levels, fuel, ignition timing and base programming logic to improve performance and reduce ECU interference over vehicle driver?s input. Torque and load limiters adjusted or altered to allow for significantly increased power over stock levels. Fuel mixtures have been appropriately tuned for increased power levels to provide safety and performance. Speed limiter has been raised to maximum allowed value of 198.4 MPH. Rev limiter has been raised to 7200 RPM for MT vehicles. Requires Premium Fuel.

Most of the other stage 2 maps have this disclaimer - "Intended for vehicles with upgraded downpipes or full TBE."

Is this map safe to run on my car? Any insight would be much appreciated!

If you don't have catless downpipes, don't run Stage 2. Use the Stage 1 maps.

Thanks! Will do. Is there a reason Cobb didn't put that in the description for this map?

If you go on COBB's website, it does specify each maps minimum requirements...

You'll need to be on a Stage 1 map with your modifications. Also, make sure you update firmware and move up to a v4.01 map!

Where it says intake, does a drop-in filter meet that requirement?
