remember it must have some type of really nice interior color, i hate black interior. Also this one has the sports package which is a big plus, im just saying theses are what my car must have and this one has it.
My main concern is however is that alot of miles?

Hard to say without seeing it. I typically check the blue book value, get CarFax and maintenance history. Since you get a three day return, you could drive it straight to a BMW dealership for a check-up.

While Carfax is no guarantee, I tend to be suspicious of dealers who don't make that doc. IMMEDIATELY available on autotrader, CarMax, etc.

I don't think that's unusually high miles. I have 50k on my 2009 and I didn't drive it for almost a year. And for 2 years I was driving 50+ miles a day for work. Still runs great.

I hate those used car dealer stickers! And I'm sure, with cash in hand, they'll let it go for even 20 or 21

buy privately

I always recommend buying privately & have bought 4 BMW's over the phone altho money never exchanged hands until I saw the car. I look for:
1. all original paint
2. 1 or 2 owners
3. maintenance records
4. very good brand of tires on car
5. I do CarFax myself to see if it jives with what owner is telling me
6. Like Mike Miller says, you're also judging the owner and need get a good feeling from what they say
7. Why are they selling
8. where serviced
This car is auto; most of us prefer manual. It has M3 suspension (what does that mean? likely sports package). Warranty finished and one should never buy an out of warranty 135 w/o good maintenance records. Don't be afraid to go hundreds of miles away to get the right car. Look right here on 1addicts. If you're a BMWCCA member, someone in area of the car would be pleased to look at a car for you. The person I bought my 128 from had no problem scanning and sending me many of the cars records. Car was in Georgia and I'm from Canada. Be patient and get the right car.
