Exactly - my question was really aimed at Beemw335 ;-)

Even on procede, jb4 and cobb, which male the most power they still need to taper the boost a lot. In this case the car has a cat back exhaust which means nothing in terms of supporting mods since it still has its restrictive cats, fmic and intake. Once those are replaced it can be tuned to taper less.
I do agree that some tunes taper less, however they are also putting more stress on stock components so this is a less aggressive/ safer tune for someone who doesnt plan on adding any more supporting mods.

Amazing...a German tuner who doesn't turn the car into complete crap. Doesn't look bad at all!

+1. Bit cheeky not comparing to actual dyno averages which are certainly higher.

No kidding
Best to leave the M alone IMO. Probably hurts the value when you start adding all the cosmetic stuff. I'm a fan of the stock comp. wheels.

So a stock 1m does 0 to 200 in 13 seconds while a stock e92 m3 does it in about 15. Are they serious with the 1m times? Is a stock 1m faster???

No, R&T tested the M3 6MT to 120mph in 13.6sec. 200km/hr = 124mph

Of course the DCT would be a bit quicker too.... 0-200km/hr, stock comparison, the M3=1M, pretty much the same. Beyond 200km's the M3 will slowly start to pull due to >hp and <Cd compared to the 1M.

That must be a typo. Factory time to 200 was 17.2 and test figures were usually 16.something if I remember correctly. I also doubt that a stock M3 would do it in exactly 15.0 but yes sure E92 M3 reaches the 200 slightly quicker than a stock 1M. No reason to believe otherwise. Maybe not to 160 or even 180 but somewhere around there the M3 should start pulling ahead.

+1

The new F10 560hp M5 does 0 to 200kph in 11.8 secs. Enough said.

i know what the n54 is capable of. being an owner of an alpina b3 biturbo, i know how much faster it gets when properly tuned. however i am pretty surprised with the 1m numbers in stock form. like many have proved, it is putting out over 340 hp.

By the time you feel any effect of these roof lips/spoilers, you are at speeds at which they will fall off
