Brake fluid flush came with a couple mishaps

So I was just doing another brake flush, no big deal. I discovered that the rear left caliper has a small leak. The leak persists no matter how much I tighten the bleed screw. I removed the caliper to check out the threading, and as I suspected, the threading may be damaged enough to warrant a caliper replacement. I don't know how much it will help, but I took some pictures. What does everyone think?

Also, with my frustration came with some negligence. I discovered some brake fluid that dripped down on my bumper. I'm already ready to have to bring it to a body shop to get fixed, but I was wondering if there were any other alternatives.

Thanks
