Hologram bmw

Anyone know if those bmw holograms led lights can be installed on our 1er doors?

I bought some before i purchased mine because of how cool i thought it looked. My doors didn’t have the entry lights. Don’t know if it’s just my mode or all of them. Don’t think so unfortunately.
