You aren't going to get much of an unbiased opinion on this site. This is a 1er enthusiest site so most people are going to tell you to get the 135.
It comes down to are you a driving enthusiest. Your statement on not caring about the engine makes me believe you are not. Simple, if driving fun means more to you, get the 135. If you care more about style and comfort, get the 328. |

Maybe he just wants a change, since hes not into the engine, y not get the 328? ull get more space and comfort. I have a 135i myself and if i were to replace it i would get a Black 135i with N55 DCT altho i miss manuals i cant decide!!!

if engine isn't a deal breaker go with the 328i more reliable, spacious and little different interior... why buy the same car if engine isn't important

It looks like your're going the automatic route -- so I'd pick the 135i. The BMW 230HP engine (in automatic version) just doesn't have enough power for everyday driving.
The 328i is a nice car.....but I go crazy every time I get one as a loaner because they are all automatic. I literary have to floor it to keep up with the other traffic. But....it's your car......test drive them both and make the decision. But I'd go 135i.
