too late to order C.A.?

My car is scheduled for October production and early November delivery. After reading the threads about C.A., I really want this option. C.A. is convenient for getting into your car, and should C.A. fail on you, u can always use the key fob "normally" (unlock, stick fob in car, start button). But do u think it's too late? I intend to give my sales rep a call tomorrow.

Give him a call...you never know!! There is a cut off date, but I don't know how soon it is before production starts! Good luck. Comfort Access is definately worth it!!!

Possibly too late, but you can always migrate you to a "fresh" car that hasen't started production ... and I think this applies up to the time you actually take ownership of your car.

For example, I wanted to add Heated Seats about ten days after placing my order ... at that time, my dealer informed me that my car was only four days away from being completed ... he said if I wanted to make the change it would be NO problem, but that my original car would then go to someone else, and I would then be assigned a new car that hadn't yet started production (he also said I got lucky the first time, as my car started production the day after the order was placed, and that I probably wouldn't be as lucky the second time thru) ... I decided I could live wiithout the extra option.

If its important to you, I say get the CA ... your additional delay could be minimal.

Get the car you want. Give him a call. At worse...you may have to wait a little longer to get the car specs you are asking for.

So, if I reach into my pocket once and pull out $500, I won't have to reach in as much later to extract my key. Comfort Access is the most ridiculous option I've ever seen - at least at that price. Make it standard and hide the cost in the car, and I'd think it was cool. For $500 I can manage to take my key out of my pocket.
