im thinking about scooping some m3 mirrors, and painting them pink to match my wheels.

theres a 1M retrofit kit, look in the cosmetic section, go to the thread about M3 mirrors and in that thread find the post on the first page from Dan@united theres a little link he put there that has the mirror kit on it. its $750 i think, but I'm not sure if thats per side or for both.

I've looked into the mirrors, while not a priority for me, I'd love to get the dipping passenger side. My moms 328 has it, and it really help parallel parking. I look at it as expensive wheel insurance. Lol. I would probably have the only pink M3 mirrors in the world.

Your mirror should dip, depends on where you have the switch positioned, either to the dirvers mirror or passanger. Though this could be only on certin options but my 325 had it also.

Ok couple things...
1. iCarbon is out of business so I'm not sure I would buy any of their products cause you won't be getting any customer service.
2. The SleK hood is probably better quality, however it doesn't have the vents (don't know if that was important or not)
3. you might not be able to ship that to an APO due to its size (my friend couldn't get a trunk sent to him for his M3 because of size), if not it is gonna retarded expensive to ship by international shipping to frankfurt.

slek is a lot more expensive though too.

I see what you mean on the shipping. I was just quoting shipping for a LSD, and i cant find anything under 600 bucks.

i dont think the cf hood/trunk or the lsd are going to happen while i am overseas.

I did order some rear tires though. decided to drop down to 255 instead of 265.
