Don't forget the additional incentives going on outside of your negotiated prices. Loyalty bonus plus financing incentive (requires $7500 loan but allows full prepayment after 3 months) plus bmwcca discount (requires 1 year of continuous membership). All of these added up to an additional $1750 after I negotiated the price. This all helps with your first set of mods. There is an additional $300 available of you are a previous bmw financing customer (I didn't qualify).

I contacted Z yesterday based on your post, and he was great, got an excellent deal on the car. I bought the other 135is they had, the one with all the options in space gray/coral red lol.

I will also be taking your lead and buying him a case of beer. Definitely the smoothest car shopping experience i've ever had, with no silly games.

Ok, I think I'm super duper unlucky. Got also in touch with him. That was last Saturday. Monday he responds saying he is in the field but that he will get back to me Tuesday. Tuesday his manager emails me saying that Jonathan Dabran would take care of my case. I responded saying that I was already talking to Z (note that Z asked me to do that but I would have done it anyway, it's just good business practice). Tuesday evening he calls me to confirm my config and tells me that we look the car up first thing Wednesday morning. He calls me back Wednesday afternoon, right before I step into a meeting. I call him back 30 minutes later but he doesn't pick up. I call him back again at the end of the day and he still doesn't pick up. I email him this morning and he is not responding. I think karma doesn't want me to get a BMW and I'm gonna start listening . More info on my nightmare here

I know from what i saw that they are very busy and they told me the same thing. FYI all emails from Z were going into my junk email folder and i thought he was not replying lol, you might want to check that just in case.

If i speak to him i'll make sure to mention you.

Might as well bring this thread full circle: the car is finally mine... had 7 miles on it upon delivery.











Interior is absolutely perfect. Also thought I'd like the regular Msport wheels better than the 313s, but in person, they're perfect, also.

Gave up on Z. He is just not reliable. Like Ciber advised, I called him Thursday EOD. He picks up, confirms my config for the third time and tells me he will call me back at 9:30am sharp on Friday. He asks if I'm available at this time, I respond "Yes, I will be waiting for your call". As expected he doesn't call. I call him back at EOD but of course he doesn't pick up. He calls me back in the evening and says "Is that Robert?" I respond "No, it's Alex, I left you a message earlier today about the 135. You were supposed to call me back". He says "Ah yes, I will call you right back". I don't even have time to respond and he hangs up on me. WTF!?!?!?! At this point he just lost my business for good. I'll call Jonathan Dabran on Monday and if they keep on treating my this way, I'll just trash World Wide BMW on DealerRater, Yelp, Google Reviews, etc. That's sad and unfortunate but since when the customer is supposed to chase the dealer?!?!
