FS: 2008 BMW 128i - AS IS

Hey Guys. Very rarely posted in here but always been a lurker.

Recently got married and with finance priorities shifting (mortgage) and with only 1 parking spot in my new place the time has come to let go of my E82!

Selling as is because she'll need some love to get through safety, emissions should be just fine. Here is the good & the bad!

THE GOOD:

Comes with - 1 set of winter tires with alloy rims
- 1 set of summer tires with 18" BMW rims - powder coated black (See picture)
- Premium Sports Bucket Seats w/ heating and memory(electric powered)
- Premium Keyless entry (1 key only)
- Premium Sound system with Aux Input
- M Sports suspension
- Body is in great condition
- Tinted Windows
- Power Roof
- Power Folding Side Mirrors
- Xenon Headlights
- Interior is Immaculate
- Custom phone holder for car!
- Rain sensing wipers
- Built in bluetooth for phone use, with voice activation

- Just had fresh front pads and rotors put on 6 months ago
- oil change done in the last 6k

- Car has approx 204,000 km's on the clock. (used to be an on the road sales rep)

It's had one minor accident where another vehicle had scratched the side of the car and the door, front left panel and drive head light were replaced. My friend owns a body shop and inflated the cost in order to cover the cost of getting the roof painted and the BMW rims powder coated. (see pics)

The Bad

In order to pass the safety it's going to need the following things.
- New front driver side xenon light (bulb only)
- New rear passenger side light (bulb only)
- New front M sport suspension shocks - $750 quoted from Bimmex
- New winter tires
- New summer tires
(My estimate about $1500-2000 worth of work)

The Ugly

I financed the car and there is still $10,700 remaining on the car. I know its not worth that much given the work needed, but I'm going to have to suck it up and take a little loss for it. I'm open to reasonable offers.
