Exclamation BMW dealership courtesy cars - a shady business practice or not?

Read this post linked below if you are deciding between getting a "loaner" / "courtesy" car or a rental car from your dealership when taking your car in for a service overnight:

Short version: BE AWARE - YOUR CREDIT CARD INSURANCE PROBABLY DOES NOT COVER "COURTESY" CARS FROM CAR DEALERSHIPS.

Read this review from the guy. He is right. Maranello BMW is a very shady place.

Shady General Manager and Shady operations out of there for sure.

also the OP in the story admits he DIDN'T check for damage prior to taking the car or when dropping it off.

Partly his own fault
