Where TF can you take the pins from a machine and use outside of the gym???? It is so aggravating to find an open machine, get the seat all adjusted, then go for the weight stack and there is no pin.

Literally was sooooo distracted with all the new hawt chicks walking around with their yoga/GymShark pants everywhere. I try to look away left, right, up, down all around yoga pants everywhere! did get a pretty good break your neck work out. lol forgot this is the "Things that annoy you thread" so actually not annoying but a "Very Thank You thread!"

I always wipe things down before and after I use it. Trying not to catch the flu or whatever else people have as they are walking around hacking and spitting, wiping their mouth/nose and then putting their hands on something.

Old, so . . . I have never been able to do much weight for shoulders, other than shrugs. Want to strengthen the extended arm for goalkeeping duties in the next couple of months. Drives me crazy when I get a hand on the ball, but it still goes in the net

Okay so this is my last rant since its usually this time of the year with all the New Year Resolution members when you see crazy stuff. So this literally made me SICK and before i could say or do anything another member must have said something because one of the staff had to tell this dude he was totally dressed inappropriately and was immediately escorted to the front of the gym. now i know some of you guys wear compression pants with gym shorts over it which is fine but this dude was not wearing shorts and the white compression pants he was wearing was so tight you can clearly see his junk it was gross and talk about puking he was standing by the dumbells racks doing 15lb shoulder presses and of course there's mirrors all along that wall and you can see all the guys around with sour looks on their faces
