Replacing side mirrors
Well lads I got my hands on a pair of second hand 1M side mirrors and need some instructions on how to swap them over with my 125i mirrors.
link to DIY instructions, schematics, videos, pics would be appreciated! had a google but can't come up with anything useful yet.. cheers

removal and installation was easy enough, unfortunately I got the mirrors for a LHD car, bummer! Sending them back to seller

its the angle on the mirrors, they are distinctly different parts for LHD and RHD cars
they fit on the car ok but the angle is so wrong you can't adjust it, so they in effect become useless.

You don't need to take the door panels off to swap out the mirrors. You can remove the A Sails with a bit of wiggling.
Not sure what you mean about RHD/LHD... The only difference should be the glass. |

I knew I got a RHD Kit... Just didn't realise that it was more than the glass that's different until dr.bmw pointed it out...
Bugger.... You could probably sell them to someone stateside? |

What do you mean when you say Sails? Are they the polished black plastic triangle cover that goes to a point behind the tweeter speaker.
