2009 135i 6MT transmission problem need some help

Okay guys I just got a 2009 135i m sport 6MT 36,000 miles imported from Germany

Experiencing issue with manual transmission

There are issues with 1st and 2nd gear, sometimes it doesn't want to go into first or second and sometimes it doesn't want to come out of second. This is all occuring with the clutch completely on the floor

Reverse and all other gears are problem free.

Help with this matter is highly appreciated.

Clutch doesn't seem to be weak or slipping, also previous owner maintained car meticulously and just did the redline fluid change in the diff and trans.

Sounds like a syncronizer issue. He probably munched the transmission and then changed the fluid to try to "fix" it and then sold it when it didn't.

change out the fluid. he might put in the wrong stuff in it(possible fluid is too thick). put correct fluid in it and pray. good luck

Hmm, not wanting to come out of gear, and 1st 2nd gears affected sounds like a shift fork issue. I would check a parts diagram and see if 1 and 2 use the same fork.
