I thought before I put this on LeaseBusters.com I would let the 1Addicts community take a look first.

2011 DCT 135i in Alpine White, Corel Red Interior Leather

Many options including:

HD Based Nav
Comfort Access
New Gen iDrive

Executive Package

Cold Weather package (Heated Seats)
Parking Sensors
Dual Clutch Transmmision
Satellite Radio
Bluetooth

As you can see I got almost EVERY option!

Car has 22460 KM's on it so far. I was driving 200km a day - all hwy driving. I now take the train to work so the car just stays home.

Originated lease in June 2010 for 39 months, Total KM on Lease is 39000K.

Monthly Payment is $710.13 + tax ($813.00)

I put down $2000 and 1 month Security deposit. I am looking for my $2000 back. You can keep my one month security deposit of $813 so in effect you are putting down about $1200. I would like to split the the lease assumption fee through BMW Financial Services.

GREAT car but as mentioned above I take the train everyday now AND I want to save up for a M3
