Logic 7
Guys,
I know some people weren't too impressed with the Professioanl Hifi they shelled out big bucks for... I found this post some time ago on E90 post with some audio settings that made a vast difference to my car. Recently, when the headunit was replaced the settings were lost and I was appauled at how bad the stock EQ settings are.. So, throw these in and crank up the volume - things will sound ALOT better! 80hz -2 200hz 0 500hz +2 1khz +3 2khz -2 5khz -1 10khz +4 BASS +4 TREB +1 FADER +2 S-VOL 1 Aux-In Level 3 (center position) LOGIC7 = MUSIC |

Thanks Peter Russel Clark. I'll give this a go - once I've finished reading through the various manuals and learn how to alter the individual frequencies... I'm reasonably impressed with the Pro HiFi so far though.
Cheers.

Speed dependant volume. Increases as you increase speed.

Are you able to use both those functions at the same time Kris? On aftermarket units, you usually can't adjust the trble/bass settings without cancelling the equaliser and vice versa :iono: And having 80hz on -2 slightly will take away from the +4 bass setting, but upping the bass will most likely up 60hz so having 80hz on -2 you would taking away a little midbass. |

kris, thanks for posting this. i was going to ask you for this info for my reference. you must be telepathic. it works wonders, though i had to back off the rear fade compared to the e90 suggested settings.

Yes you can independently and concurrently change the equaliser and bass/treb.

Interesting... so basically you can double up on your settings if you want to boost treble/bass a LOT!
Not good for speakers if used at high volumes... |
