18x9.5 Rear w/ 255/35/18?

I have VMRs (18x8.5F & 18x9.5R) running the craptastic factory RTFs and its about time for replacement. I plan on keeping the factory front tire size of 215/40/18 but was planning on upgrading to 255/35/18 for the rears, up from the factory 245/35/18. The factory setup with the VMRs has been great. Not a single hint of rubbing and I would imagine jumping such a small way up to 255s at the rear should be fine...

Anyone know if that will be a problem?

Here'e my rear tires now.

For V703s we recommend sticking with a 245/35/18. Some may be running 255/35/18s without an issue but at that point I think the clearance would come down to which tire you choose, as some run wider than others.

I run 18x8.5 +45 and 18x9.5 +50 V701s with 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 Z1 Star Specs on stock suspension, never rubbed at any point.
