Unhappy 1 series , serious problem help

hi

im here to see if you can help me 'cause in my local dealer there's a bunch of non helping people.....

sometimes, almost everyday it doesnt start, so i got to turn it off and press the "start button" again.

i upload a video to see if you can help me to see were the problem is located.

There's no way anyone can help you diagnose that problem by just looking at the car not starting. There's a check engine code on so I would go see what the code is and take it in for service.

yeah i know, but the problem its that i already leave them the car three times!
and they still dont fix it but yeeeeahhh thats right they keep me charging me for the "service"

Did they actually do anyting to the car to supposedly fix it ?

a General Reprogramming and they also made some kind of fix in the camshaft . i was wondering... what if i write a letter to the corporative offices? will it help? any suggestion?

Could be a bad starter switch.
