Stolen vehicle careened across the road with an extension cord flailing out the back, it hit the whole side of my car and the plug took a chunk out of the rear wheel. I made a police report and helped them catch the criminals but when I asked them to testify that I was hit they never called me back to get the damages repaired. I hate cops sometimes.
