VMR 710 Offset Question

Looking to pick up a set of 710s and I'm looking at 18x8.5 et45 for the front and 18x9.5 et45 for the rear.
I'm on coilovers and the car is dropped to the point where the top of the tire is even with the fender. I wanted to get rid of the wheel gap.
Will I have problems with fitment with that rear offset? I will probably have to roll fenders, correct? I have 255s on the rear stock wheels currently that I plan to swap over.

Thank you all

Why not go with the v810's instead of the v710's? To me they look about identical, but the v810 is made particularly for the 1er with a higher (ET58) offset in the rear for just this reason..

I have the 9.5" wide +45 rear on my 1 series which is lowered and on close to stock camber (I am about -2.0 degrees) and it works absolutely fine with a 255 rear tire. It's a flush setup but I have absolutely no rubbing whatsoever. It's worth noting that a 255 street tire (I have Conti DWS) shows a fair bit of stretch on a 9.5" wide wheel which makes the fitment a bit easier.

The 8.5" +45 front I believe will hit the front strut or be unbelievably close on the clearance - I believe most guys run a 3mm or 5mm spacer with that offset.

The 9.5 ET45 is a bit aggressive on the back of the 1 Series, however it works with the 245/35/18 tire. The 255 is hit or miss, but may require a bit of added camber.

I agree with the V810 being the best choice. It's not unheard of to see the 9.5 ET58 paired with a 265/35/18 tire.
