Yeah.... I've got no idea where the dent is.... Highlight it with a circle in paint, cuz I have no idea what i'm looking at.

lol. i don't see anything.
EDIT: oh i see it now. doesn't look too bad. you might be able to just fill it in and touch it up with paint yourself...it's not very easy to see. |

Get someone trustworthy to try heat gun under the bumper if he/she can fit down there and gently "pop" it out. Then a little touch-up paint might do the trick. Check online for kits like Dr. Colorchip. Not sure if it can be done in a "line" type dent like that but I had a mechanic friend fix a dent in one of my previous cars which was way worse and bigger than that. So just my .02.

You might try a "smart repair" where they sand/prep/bondo and paint the bumper on the car. These guys come in a van to your car and fix it right there. Let your fingers do the walking in your local Yellow Pages...

$200 is a good price to remove that dent. It is a very hard dent to remove because it is so long and so thin it is almost like a crease.
Plus the entire bumper has to be removed to fix it. Try going in and asking your shop to give you a quote if you bring the bumper to them and reinstall it yourself |

Yea...it is in the bumper and with alpine white, most of the time it prolly will not show unless the light is right. How do you take out dents in plastic? Think it will have to be sanded and filled.

I had a dent massaged out while I was at the track a few weeks ago for $40! Guy did amazing work. Do some research and find a mobile dent repair outfit.

Change your paradigm - think of it as "personality" for your car.
I've told the story here before, but it's worth repeating - met a guy who told me that whenever he got a new van, he immediately took a ball peen hammer to the bumper, so he didn't have to worry about the first dent. Not sure I'd go that far, but there is a grain of wisdom there.
