303 aerospace protectant

Has anyone used this product before? Comments?
I am wanting to use something on the rubber window trim on another car which is fading. I assume this can be used on unpainted bumper plastic?
Also, any shop stocks them, apart from getting in online?

Get the wipes, they work fantastic. Just wipe the excess with a dry towel after.

Don't use armorall - as above greasy as hell and crap.

303 is great. Cleans as well as protects, non greasy and does not give an unnatural shine. It has sun protection as well so helps your plastics keep for longer.

I dont use it on leather cause i have other stuff for it, i dont think it will hurt the leather though as it states its ok for all interior surfaces (ive put it on the leather side armrests and it hasnt harmed it). Just dont expect it to condition your leather etc

What ur speaking of is just an oily substitute, "conditions" hardly. The 303 protects, cleans and softens.

Another +1 for Aerospace 303.

It's also really good for rejuvenating your wiper blades.

If it is called aerospace it must be high tech, and good! Why is it named 303 anyway?

Well, they are really famous for their fabric protector. In a head to head test compare to the likes of scotch guard, it beat the others to the max.

The test involve spraying the protectant on a foam duck and soak it in water. The 303 duck refuse to soak up any water after... while the others soaks in water after a period of time.

A bit disappointed. Drove the car once in heavy rain and the product has washed off! Not as long lasting as I had hoped, may be I am expecting too much?

for black trim stuff I recommend "black wow". It lasts pretty well. I'm not sure what you mean the rain washed it off? I used the 303 protectant on my wifes mini (black plastic trim) and it lasted pretty well.

well, the faded/whitish rubber bits surrounding the windows were looking good and black after applying the 303. Today, when I looked at it, after driving it in the rain yesterday, it is kind of back to how it was pre 303. So I thought the rain had washed it off.

Honestly, I dont use 303 on anything exterior. I use the same shine gloss shit i use on my tires on my exterior trim and it lasts forever. The 303 wipes I use on the inside.
