Your awesome man.
No problem man. Phil@reeves and jon@bmwpartspros really hooked it up on my build and were able to get everything I needed for my car. I ordered a second round of parts, headliner, pilar trim and a few other odd things and they were able to get everything

Unfortunately Reeves no longer ship body panels, glass or wheels. I'll have to reach out to Jon instead for my conversion.

Update: Seems it was just a fault in the order process. Vendor was able to correct and get the clips ordered.

I'd be surprised if they stopped making parts for the 1M already...

Trust me I was sweating as well. But glad it was just a glitch and can still proceed with my build.

Sweet man! I just started my front conversion project a few weeks ago. I'm NOT doing the rear for now. Instead, I'm going to fuse the side-skirts (that'll hold me over for a bit while I arrange the rest).

That said...I have a list that ilikebmxbikes complied. It's a little dated. Is there a definitive or updated guide/post for the front?

The part list is up to date- I purposely left prices out of my post as prices for parts change over time.

I have the PN's in groups. They are blocked off as I placed the orders for the parts. Do note, you need everything.

No I haven't. I was hoping to sell it before I moved but I am already in my new place. Might just keep it now.

Awesome would hate to see it go. Quick question. ilikebmxbikes you can chime in as well.

Notice you two have deleted the headlight washers. Going to do the same. Did you have to get the car coded after deleting them?

Nope, just make sure to remove the hosing that leads to the washers in addition to the other parts. I have a small spider crack where the washers were that formed because I just had mine tied off initially.

Coding might be able to remove the functionality but no issues will arise if you remove all the related hardware.
