So just connect this amp in place of ours using technics harness and then power the amp with battery? These are the only things needed correct ?

what kind of technic harness is it? is it possible to use it also in 6er F13 with 676 HiFi setup?

Extremely unlikely. This is specific to E9x/E82/E88.

I make a mounting bracket that uses the BMW factory bolt locations on E82 cars if anyone is interested in a clean install with your amp. The JL and HKI logos are optional.
