How to calibrate folding mirrors?

Hello there...

Well I noticed that when I fold my side mirrors one is folding faster than other. Is there a way to adjust that? Is this happening for anybody else?

P.S. I have a set of other folding mirrors I've tried to swap them but still same thing.

Mine does the same and has done so since I picked it up in 2008. I asked the dealer about it and they said it is normal.

I can understand that not all electric motors are alike so there is a possibility that my right mirror is a bit more efficient.

Yes my right side is also faster. Although yours is RHD my is LHD.

But earlier they were both strong and fold together like brothers

Passenger side squeaks when it folds but I can't seem to figure out where it's coming from.

Mine did that too, got it replaced by BMW under warranty when it started to stop short of the end position.
