I totally agree with you about the I-drive too, that is a pretty stiff premium on an entry level model. I ordered a my 325 with SP but I think many used car shoppers will be attracted to the 17's and lower ride height. Not that I am going to sell my baby anytime soon. This is one car I want to own for at least 7-10 years.
SP? Good choice...and 7-10 years, I wouldnt worry about it too much anyway..She'll keep you happy for at least that long!

Guys I like what you've been talking about, I like the 330i with the 162s 18" only. It looks awsome. Can you imagine in South Africa we've just seen the 330i running on the road only on the 9th. We're still crazy here. I'm expecting myne soon on the 30th. Wow I cant wait. I 've only seen on videos, ads, pictures etc.

powertrain says:"We're still crazy here."

Also about those godesses on the beach in their 'amperbroekies'?

Sparkling Graphite + 162s=perfect combination.
Cheers.

I am selling our 162 tire/wheel package. About 200 miles on them. They look amazing, but a little too stock for what we are going for.

FYI, everyone.... I found a seller on Ebay who sells a set of 4 new 162's for $2140 delivered (incl. shipping), no tires. He doesn't have them listed, but he said he could get them.

Thanks voltron!

Does he have other BMW wheels like the 179's?

Anyone have a link/location on the factory tires? I have searched everywhere and they don't seem to sell the run flats in the 06 3-sizes yet. I know they are out just maybe not released for public replacement yet?

I like the customer service with these guys..I emailed them today about getting some clear lenses for the facelifted X5, and they've got 'em! you might want to ask themi about E90 clears too! they are the only ones I know so far with facelifted clears in the US, and for 1/3 of the cost here..Anyway, he got back to me in a matter of minutes as well, and insisted I call them back if I had any questions whatsoever...

Simple things like that carry a lot of weight with me btw...

I just checked tirerack yesterday and they had a bunch of tires, including the OE tires. When I 'searched' I looked for 2006 BMW 330 Sport tires. It then asks you if you want original OEMs or all tires that will fit (non runflats). I found a price of $1112.00 for all 4.

See I am looking for OEM tires including the run flats. The car will be for my wife and I don't want her driving without them since it doesn't have room for a real spare tire.

So that price is for the OEM run flats?????

I was searching the net for replacement run flat prices. The best i could find for my 330i sport tires is $244 front and $299 rear. (Bridgestone Potenza RE 050A 225/40R18 88W and 255/35R18 90W).
