Comparing it to the 9 others on carsales, $120k seems about right for a dealer new 1m.
I think if one was to offer what they originally sold for, circa $110k, then u would get it.

The Amg a45 and audi s3 are still a long way off, so not much "competitors" out there for those looking for a sports car/coupe/hot hatch in the $100k market.

for a 100 yep but if you wanted a boy racer for half price get a golf R or an RS260

Nothing wrong with the golf or meg. Both excellent cars at that price point.
It's always a case of diminishing returns as u get higher on the price scale, do u really get ur money's worth? It's all relative I guess.

As for the gtr, not a fan of the r35, it's also a huge car, I like smaller cars

People don't sell cars for what they are advertised on carsales though, that's the beginning point.

I know this all too well, sold many cars on carsales before it was $60 to advertise.
Rule of thumb is to take 10% off straight away and negotiate from there
