10" Fiberglass subwoofer box with carpet. It includes a 10" Memphis Audio subwoofer with it. Fits perfectly in the truck on the left side. I do not have pictures of it installed. I will post pictures of the box and subwoofer. The carpet color is not exact with the trunk, but it sits flush. My baby (135i) we T-boned and is now totalled, so hopefully someone will enjoy just a little extra bass in their baby. I'm located in Houston, and would like a local pick up or in Tx really. However, I will ship within the US.

Sorry, I forgot my own subwoofer brand. Its Memphis Audio, not MTX. I will adjust that, but the price is still the same. I'm pretty sure is a 4ohm subwoofer.

Does this work well with Hifi?

Yes, it works well with the Hifi system. I used the (Logic7/HK (677) add-a-sub harness/LOC) from Technicpnp $85 and it was a direct plug and play with the amp. Its an easy DIY with the harness to add this subwoofer with an amp. I also installed a bass level knob in the cabin with my amp, and could really tune the sub for how much bass I wanted/needed.
