Like it, LOL Robin
Last weekend I was at the ///M headquarters in Garching, saw the M4 IRL, of course in disguise, but OMG what a car, what lines.......and the double slatted grille which is just fabulous IMO. |

+1. Like a hip hop star with a diamond tooth where he also carved his stage name on it.

I like how you can clean the slats of the original style with one finger and a cloth. To have the slats so close it would make for a PITA cleaning.

Nope, the dimensions are different, and the slats are thicker. Need to do sume measurements and decide if the grill can actually be fabricated out of the M5 one, or M4 as Ian mentioned in his thread

very nice idea...but I think very difficult in realising...
the 2013 M5 (only this has the double stabs) always has a little Edge on the top part... http://www.bimmertoday.de/wp-content...-x-1200-04.jpg I think the M6 kidney would fit better (if they do at all) http://www.egmcartech.com/wp-content...11-627x385.jpg unfortunately, both kidneys cost around 160€ (at least over here in Germany) - so thats a little expensive for some experimenting
