I wonder how this bumper will look on a convertible. I have never seen an e88 with the 1m rep.

Steve612,

I have few questions. Did the Kerscher bumper come painted? or primed? Are the LED lights a replacement for fog lights? Do the LEDS turn on while the running lights are on or do you have to manually turn them on? Where did you get the LED lights? When did you order your diffuser from?

Your ride looks amazing!

Thanks for the compliments. The Kerscher bumper was not primed nor painted. I brought it to a local paint store to do the job. The LEDs are always on, it is from BMW when I purchased the car, and BMW dealer installed them for me.

I got mine diffuser from iCarbon.

Got some color

I painted my rimes in gun mental color and caliper in red. Also, painted the front lower carbon fiber lip into red too.

I will take some pictures this weekend.

random question whats the height difference between this and the oem bumper. i notice that this one sits lower and gives less clearance, any issues for you?

Bumper is definitely lower, I'd say .5 to .75". With the lip and a drop, you are about 1.5" to 2" from the ground. The good news about the 1 is its nose is smashed in, so your lip is closer to your front wheels meaning it won't be such a b*tch to get over things without scraping. Just need to approach driveways and other large bumps at an angle accordingly.
