breyton gtsr 18x7.5 offset 45 with 225/45/18

Hi found a deal on some Breyton gtsr wheels. The wheels are square setup off a 2010 3 series. The specs are 18x7.5 offset 45 with Michelin 225/45/18.. Will these fit and what are your all's thoughts? Looking to install on 2012 135i

They'll fit without issue, but I wouldn't recommend dropping 1" of wheel and 20mm of tire from the rear when the car is already equipped with barely adequate tire sizes.
