looks good imho. I prefer no infotainment however, i like to focus on the driving with music in the background on shuffle. The only reason i'd enjoy something like this is so its easier to change songs/artists/playlists than the stock horrible BMW headunit.

It looks Ok i suppose, not a fan and not a hater but Trying to use a touchscreen while driving is not as easy as it may look. you are going to find yourself hitting the wrong "buttons" and getting frustrated (as least i picture myself doing that). But ultimately it's up to the driver, as each has their own taste.

Not for me.

I also had the factory upgraded Alpine sound on order, then realize I really never use my radio anyways. Canceled that.

I never used my radio either, until I got the Alpine unit, lol.

That said, it's been 2 or 3 years since the upgrade, and I'm nearly back to never using it again. But it's so much nicer than the crappy stock set up when I do decide to use it that I have no regrets.

I might come back to it, but I realized I had no idea why it was getting priority over the Quaife.
