You do NOT have the electronic locking differential that is being developed in conjunction with BMW. This differential is being developed initially for the X6 in order to provide independent 4 wheel torque distribution officially dubbed DPC.

Also you are getting horrible reviews in the "sportiness" category, they have a word called marketing that is distinct from reality for a reason. Please stop pretending like the 1 series is a return to a lighter more agile sports coupe. It is not, it is BMWs introduction of an affordable daily driver with some grunt.

Also, if you would like to prove me wrong, feel free to take a picture of your differential casing.
