Question snow tire help!

I am looking to get 205/50R17 Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D and a set of cheap 17" rims for winter.. will they fit fine on the 08' 135i?

Also, anyone NOT using TPMS?

I run 205/50R17 winters on my 135i. The fit just fine. I also run 7j x 17 wheels with those tires. I have used the Dunlap M3 tires on my old e36. I liked them bc of their good high speed performance. They worked great in the snow too. Don't know about SP's though. I would upgrade if you can afford too.

I have the same setup... Here is a picture from right near you in the valley forge park, this past Monday.

Car handled wonderfully in the snow and the tires ride great on the highway.

I have to look at the tires, but reading through the notes from the guy I bought the wheels from. He said that they are wintersport M3's. I think I had 3D's on past cars and they are fine.. Although it looks like the 3D's are the replacement to the M3's, so I could have my tires backward.

My wife has my car today... so I will look at them when I get the car back later today.
