When ordering a BMW via European Delivery, when does the CA get credit for the sale? When the order is placed, or when the car is delivered?

Neither, we get credit when the paperwork is completed.

.9% financing into November?

In another thread a statement was made...

"I'm not 100% sure, but I though you could apply for it now [the 0.9% financing] and be locked it in for 3months. You might wanna...talk to the finance person."

I have applied for this loan and I am approved, I just want to delay the loan into November due to health issues of my father-in-law (long story).

Is this true?
Thanks.

Hi dbtheo, Is it true that you can only get a loaner from the dealership that you purchase your car from? What are the advantages/disadvantages if i purchase a car from you vs my local dealership?

Thanks.

when we checked with bmwfs a few days back, they told us yes. To be clear though, different markets can have different programs & ours may not apply. But in general, unless otherwise specified, most rates are available for lock

I'm about to sign for my new 2008 135i SGM and the dealer sent me a sort of a disclaimer form to sign which basically states that the dealer is not responsible for any liabilties or warranties the vehicle may be involved in and it's strictly through the manufacturer. Further, signing this will limit by rights to any disputes by only going through arbitration (versus court system) and it has to be held in New Jersey, blah blah blah.

Is this standard? I am buying this vehicle which is on the other side of the coast and this seems scary to me. What do you think?

depends on the dealer, some will only provide cars to those that purchased from them, most will give cars to all service clients, as it is simply good business.

As for your second question, we should have that via pm

we have similar documents, don't worry. As I have understood them, it is basically saying the dealer doesn't offer the warranty, BMW does. The dealer will complete warranty work, but it's not their fault if BMW chooses not cover something.

I paired my Motorola W755 bluetooth phone with my 135i with i-drive. It performs flawlessly. It, however, is not one of those listed on the BMW website. Should I be worried? Should I un-pair it?

Hi,

I am wondering if I want to do ED, should I just use the ED invoice prices when I try to negotiate with the dealer? Also, how likely am I going to get the price I want?

If a dealer that is out of my state gives me a good deal, would the car be delivered to that dealership, or can I request that it be delivered to a dealership nearby? Thanks.
