Overdue shots, with all the efforts spend on awesome mods, it's good to be reminded of the 1M's raw beauty once in a while. BSM is beautiful with blue sky reflection.

Can you get your VO 1M mate in gear and complete the picture ;-)

PS, Is it the lighting or is that a darker rim color on the AW?

I'm so glad Taiwan gets the euro version without the headlight washers!

I wanted to have the car without the headlight washers and I was hopeful about that since I am a diplomat and had the car very a la carte but not on this detail; it was categorically refused by BMW, they said both the country I put my order (Turkey) and my delivery address (Chile) are receiving the cars in Euro spec. with obligatory headlight washers installed, weird thing is it is one thing diplomats are paying extra as well (like the floor mats and a few other stuff). Forced option I may call.

Looks better like this w/out the washers.

Sharp observation, I had not even noticed, although I also favor this clean look. Probably because halogen lamps are an option in Taiwan/parts of Europe. With halogen lamps I think the headlight washers are at least not mandatory by EU law (as they are with Xenon).

The number I was told is around 65, no solid proof in documents from BMW..

Car comes fully loaded with the only extra options available to choose are HK and Comfort Access... I wanted shadow line trim, but was not available for us. Which isnt too bad, as I like the chrome look..

Clearly they have halo rings so they are xenons. I am told that h/l washers go to countries where they are determined to be "dusty" climate. Asia typically is exempt as a result.

The chrome trim and grilles looks good on the dark colored cars and helps the car with contrast. The shadow line trim and black kidney grilles with VO enables the car look much more sporty, but this is just my opinion. I have shadow line trim, it's available as an option in Taiwan.
