If the E92 is 47-50K... how much to lease?

Anyone care to speculate what types of leases will be available for a 47-50K 335i?

What do you mean?

I think it'll be normal 2 year 3 year leases as other BMW's.

I'm thinking 650-700, for a no money down, 3yr 36kmi lease. Maybe I'm being optimistic...who knows.

Impossible on a lease as the pre owned 6 cost more to lease then a new one.

I'm pretty sure they said the guy just didn't like it.... They said he got a 750i insted....

I just asked about it in passing everyone there knows all I want is the 335i e92. so if all of you guys are saying this is impossible to have $700 a month lease on a 645i with 2k miles.... well you usually know more than me so they must have been other factors i guess.... but they sure didn't mention any...

FYI this was 5 weeks ago

pre owned vehicles get standard lease ratyes with an awful residual that is why it never works. I have never leased a CPO car in the 2 years I have been selling BMW's. If its 700/month get it tomorrow and then charge
900/month on the webpage where people take over you lease and make yourself 200/month.

Serious answer.

Based on current 330i mf and residuals which right now is about as good as you can do until real figures are published, you should be able to squeeze in under $575 before tax for 3yr/36k if you know what you're doing and negotiate well.

That's with nothing down except acquisition, security and tags.

Don't think so. BMW has diferent lease rates for each model and also types within a model(ie. 3 series sedan, coupe, convertible, touring). These rate change monthly and all have been generally going up, especially the in demand models. The lease rate you will pay on a coupe intially will be the same rate for an M vehicle or say a 650i. maybe a year from now $600 but doubtful because of cost of money and other factors.

to quote ALPINE6SPD:

"BMW has now raised the standard rated to .00310 so the coupe will have it. The z4 coupes have the standard rate BTW. Like I said before they will max it out because people who really want the car are willing to pay. If someone does not buy it they will have no problem selling it to the next guy in the door. I know so many people say I'm getting it I'm getting it but you will see how so few of these people will get it when reality hits on the lease price and the MSRP."

sounds about right. We're all just speculating here based on the info we have on the E90 models. I would say $580-600/month.
