Bms downpipe question

I just installed bms catless downpipe, I don't find it that loud even though is paired with berk race. How long it's supposed to throw a code? I have Cobb stage 1 and haven't updated to stage 2 yet... But no check engine? Isn't it supposed to be smelly and loud???( N55)

It’ll throw cat check codes soon enough, sometimes it takes a day or two for the code to pop up. But it’ll show up eventually. Just switch to STG2 and don’t worry about it.

You can tune that out. I have every single COBB tune available with the rear o2 sensors off.

Mine has been installed for a few months now and smelt from day 1. You must not have a nose lol.

Update.. Try it this morning and is loud as into truck loud kind of sound.. Not bad

The turbo whistle you get is really truck like but kind of cool I guess...not really what you expect to hear from a 1er though so it makes A LOT of people look at your car and think "WTF has he got in that thing?!".

As for the smell, I still get some with my high flow cats.
