driver window switches not working

So I recently did some repairs on my 128i. When I reconnected the battery I fried the FRM. I now have a new (used) FRM and coded it using the bimmergeeks protool. Everything seems to work and operate fine except for the switches on the driver door. Mirror switch and both window switches don't work. But I know it is getting power because the switches light up. Windows do work because they open when I open the door and I can open them with the protool app. Passenger side switch works fine. Could it be possible it's somthing wrong with this FRM or the switches even though they didn't light up?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Figured it out. Bimmergeeks protool group on FB hooked me up. If you need help with the protool look there. Was able to flash FRM to factory settings and everything started working.
