Opinions on painting CF hood/trunk
Hey Guys,
Since I was recently in an accident my baby is still sitting in the body shop. I ordered a carbon fiber CSL-Style vented hood and CSL-Style trunk that they will be installing for me. Looking for your guys opinions on leaving the carbon fiber or painting to match. My baby is Black Sapphire Metallic. Thanks in advance for your reply's

Carbon always looks good on black. Personally, I would paint it and leave slight accents exposed. Painting gives the car the ability to retain its classy character while the little exposed peices say, "I'm not stock pal. "

I bought up probably the last of iCarbon. I was going to wait for Slek but I like iCarbons trunk more and wanted the vented hood.

If it's Black leave it. Any other color paint it with exposed accents bro!

cf paint
hi
I will be painting my cf hood and trunk. As soon as I have the trunk. However, the reason is I have a white car. And I will leave some cf expose, it will not all be painted black. The reason for me is, leaving the cf hood and trunk as is would be too much black on a white car. This is my personel taste.... |
