so my clutch started slipping today running my car with fbo and e40 mix was thinking about throwing in a 335is clutch

how much does it normally cost for labor for a clutch replacement and flywheel resurface

Seems to vary greatly depending who you go to and where you get parts. I've been quoted between $1,500 and $2k by shops and price out parts myself to around $900 + $200 in labor by a friendly BMW certified tech in the area.

What's the "book rate" in terms of the number of hours to replace clutch and flywheel?
