Kenny is largely in the same boat as me, has other things on Saturday's making time wise hard. I know he does his long run's Saturday morning's which knock a few hours out of the day, I'm in the same boat with riding/swimming etc taking about 3-4 hours out every Saturday morning.

Ha! Yes quite true, what I meant was strength improvements without hypertrophy aren't what I am after.

What is happening at Advan on Saturday? I've got a bunch of stuff planned so not likely to be there.

All good mate.. For me, I try and keep the weekends free, and complete most of my exercise regime during the weekdays.. ( Then again< I work in a gym..helps )

Its unfortunate, that to exercise correctly outdoors, that's its such time consuming...BUT nothing beats the outdoors..

I have a PT client from 6.30-7.30am sat, then 8.00 to 9.00am, then hoping to make my way to Advan late morning..

Yeah I do squads 2-3 mornings a week at 0530. We haven't even got to the running part of the week yet! So I can't fit it all in Monday to Friday training for long course triathlon. I actually really enjoy the bike riding so if its on the road, TT or MTB it's usually a good day out for me.

Sounds like you got your work cut out for you, with your triathlon training program... Good luck..

Cross training conditioning is the name of the of the game for you, as you are well aware of.

Have often considered triathlon, but ocean swimming is not my strong point..
The run and cycle are fine, as I run and cycle 3 to 4 days a week, whether its on the road or in a cycle/spin class..

Over 1 billion AUS in serious debt.. FF England, which is the main arm, just taken over about 3 months for zero dollars..

The purchaser has started closing down FF stores world wide to recoup the massive debt.. This has already started to flow into Australia..

At the moment FF is saying close or SELL the business..members don't lose out..Your membership will be transferred to another club, I assume.

Well the thing is, I live 15mins from Jindalee, that is the closest club to me. If that goes, there is no way I would want to stay with FF because I'd be driving miles to get there.
