will Dinan ECU void warranty？

I find dinan has stage 2 for my 135 and I check the local dealer is the bmw dealer? so will the dinan software void BMW warranty? thanks for answering!

I think at this point it depends on whether your dealer participates with Dinan or not.

If your dealer is a Dinan dealer then you should have no problems. Their warranty matches the factory warranty period 4/48 and if you are really worried about it Dinan sells an additional warranty that extends even beyond the 4/48, but for just a tune I don't think it's necessary.
