I got a LEMON

So recently after my 14th time at the service counter I finally decided to call bmw of na and tell them the troubles I have been having. To my surprise I was called back 3 days later and was offered a CA lemon law buy back. With little hesitation I took the deal and turned the car in today.

It will be missed.

On a happier note see you guys in the 335is section

Wow! You are lucky. I used the lemon law for my Tacoma that was in the shop six times for the same issue with no end in sight. Toyota’s stand was they would keep trying to fix the vehicle. The arbitration voted in my favor.

What was the problem with your car? It must have been something BMW was going to spend more than the car is worth. I think it is rare for a car company to buy back a car without a fight.

Did you have to pay a mileage charge for the miles on your 135i? I did on my Tacoma.

Isn't the 335is an N54 with the upgrade kit? Not sure if the grass is any greener on that side of the fence.

im guessing Fuel pumps, power window issues, brake light issues, turbo issues to be some of the few =)

id love to have a lemon =) get my $$$ back and a new car..

Had all that ^^ except windows
Along with some F*** up courtesy of my dealer. Couldn't put the car back to normal 3 times due to seatbelt recall. Messed up a bunch of trim pieces and speaker grills.
Brake light issues 3 times. Fuel pump issues once. Can't think of the rest.

Called bmw and they put up 0 fight lol...

Oh and I decided on an e93 m3 ;] Looking for the right car now.

As for the 135i it was a lease and they payed me back my down payment/registration/all payments and charged me for 9k worth of miles when I had 20k on the car lol. I was about 10k miles over at the time.
Honestly I still dont believe this happened.
