Goodbye.. for now..
hi guys..
obviously this is a tough decision, but it went all smoothly this morning.. me and wife decided to trade the 135i along with the X5 (lease). this was all started when i got a call from our BMW dealer about the X5 lease. they told me that the demand of pre-owned is getting more in-demand. in short they are offering me a deal. returning the X5 base 3.0 even it was just a over a year old. in return, wife ask what kind of X5 will be, you know she knows im a heartbroken now for the 135i lol.. she is also told me whatever it takes even the X5 ///M but that is just ridiculous.. so here is what i build: xDrive50i - 400HP TwinPower Turbo 8 speed Carbon Black Oyster Nevada leather Black bamboo trim M package + 20" double spoke 333M performance tires Technology Package Rear Climate 3rd Row ipod and usb heated front SA told me if i ordered cold weather, it will sacrifice the ///M Steering wheel. so make sense if just get the heated front and get rear climate. dealer throw this stuff for free: roof universal holder and floor mats $4K off the MSRP as well and also, they add 110% for the car appraisal each. i went look over KBB and BMW did a good job.. much better than KBB. we are taking a vacation for a month so no need to hurry. and planning for a performance delivery on it i do hope someday, i will get another 135i or maybe 1M. it did really served me well and had no problems while owning the car.. the car is just fantastic! so long friends... for now, i will be more hanging with X5 section here on bimmerpost. mabuhay! |

Did you consider the X6? I saw one at the dealer but never had a chance to drive it. That’s what my wife wants.

Congrats on the new purchase mate. Twin turbo V8 with 400hp will be unbelievable and I think the X5 will look great in Carbon Black too. Make sure you post pics here too!

The question I have is whether they offered to take back your lease WITHOUT you ordering a new BMW from them. If they truly needed CPO vehicles then they would take your leased X5 back even if you walked across the street to a buy an Audi. Otherwise all they did was sell you a new BMW.
Either way, enjoy the new ride! |
