I'd keep the Z4 but then again I'm biased

I've also read that the 1M headlights cannot be ordered unless it's for the purpose of reconstruction by a BMW shop. That would be something for you to find out, but any good shop should be able to compensate for that.

135i wide body kit

I was wondering the very same thing when I got my 135i.

Here is a front end wide body kit:
135i Wide body kit

You'll notice that the rear fenders are part of the whole rooftop making a simple bolt on wide body kit rear end impossible. However, if you read the info provided on that site they state that they really didn't need it for performance. I understand you're looking for the looks, perhaps just the front end kit with a rear are diffuser (such as the one shown here and a rear spoiler you would have something to your liking.

This is the route I believe I'll be going.

Cheers!

That widebody kit looks good. But I will do this because of looks, love the fenders and bumpers mounted to the 1M
I know the rear fenders are a bit of work, but here in Norway its a lot of people that do this to build E46 M3s. And they are changing the whole rear fender. This because they are buying a 318 or 320 with Norwegian taxes. And then a M3 from example the US. Changing all the parts over to the 318/320 and saving alot of taxes

The wide body kit referenced above leaves a void when it comes to the rear of the car. I don't think the all muscular look in the front and anorexic look in the rear looks all that great. Either go all out with all 4 fenders or keep the fenders stock.

I just did the same thing that you are doing. I traded my 05 z4 for a 2012 135i convertible. Buying a 1m is the expensive way to get the looks you want. You should get the m sports package. It will give you the looks you want and cost a lot less!

I'm sorry buddy but if you think the m-sport package (which the bumpers are standard on the 135i by the way) look like the pieces on a 1M you may need some vision aid.

Nice, but I think the M package is to usual.

Have talked with a bodyshop that change the fenders. They have to take out the rear windows, all the interior around the backseat and weld the whole new fender in. So its a bit of work

But its still possible

Thanks, yes I have seen it. But I don`t want a replica kit, they are often poor quality parts....
